How to connect
You can connect Outlook in two ways: Via the agent: Ask the Cloudsquid agent: “Connect my Outlook account” and it will give you a link to authenticate. Via the Integrations panel: Open your project, go to the Integrations panel, and click Connect next to Outlook. You’ll be taken through the same authentication flow. Either way, once authenticated, Cloudsquid will create a dedicated folder in your mailbox. Emails you move into that folder will be processed automatically.Using your Cloudsquid inbox
Once connected, a folder named cloudsquid_[projectname] will appear in your Outlook mailbox. Any email in that folder is picked up by Cloudsquid and will appear in your project automatically. Moving or copying emails manually: Select any email in Outlook and move or copy it into the cloudsquid_[projectname] folder. It will show up in your project within seconds. Setting up automatic rules: You can create Outlook rules to route emails into your Cloudsquid folder without any manual effort. For example:- Automatically move all emails from a specific sender
- Route emails with certain keywords in the subject line
- Forward invoices, receipts, or any other email type straight into the project
